"BP" BURNER PACKAGES
The BP range of burner units are pre-mix type burners that are used with any clean fuel gas and low pressure forced air. The basic unit has a flame retaining tip, aspirator mixer unit and air and gas control valves. The capacities given below are obtainable from an air pressure of approx. 2-4 kPa, greater capacities are possible at higher air pressures. BP burner kits are provided sized for an average output. Sizing charts are available however Australian Combustion Services Pty Ltd can size the mixer to suit your application providing we know the air pressure, maximum capacity required and the gas type.
There are various options available that make operation easier and safer. Most BP premix burner installations include a zero type gas governor for simple air valve only gas rate adjustment. Australian Combustion Services Pty Ltd can advise on flame safety to current gas code requirements.
APPLICATIONS
As for the HBT torches
except using lower pressure air.
ADVANTAGES
Suitable for any general industrial heating
